BIODEGRADABLE POLYBAG - ENZYME BASED

PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING BIODEGRADABLE BAGS

The enzo compounded polyethelene is preheated through pallatazing process in enhanced temperature the enzo compounded polyethelene is than kept at normal temperature for period of 12 - 24 hours before subjecting it to extrusion process.

Test methods adopted for evaluations of loss in tensile strength after
  1.  U V Radiations
  2.  Water Ageing
  3.  Soil burial. and
  4.  Thermogravi matric and differential thermal analysis. Were as per ASTM – D - 882 Standard The observations are enumerated below.
  5.  Activation of Bio-degradation

Thermal analysis indicates reduction in thermal stability of Polyethylene Films/Bags made of this technology after soil burial. The reduction in molecular weight of Polyethylene films also enumerated.
